The clinic

A calm, clinical space for looking like yourself, refreshed

Skin-Fresh Facial Aesthetics has cared for patients from Maryhill and across the north of Glasgow since 2017. It is a genuine clinic, registered and inspected by Healthcare Improvement Scotland, not a pop-up.

Our approach is simple. We listen first, we recommend only what will actually help, and we keep everything subtle. Injectable treatments are always led by a face-to-face consultation with our prescriber, so nothing is rushed and nothing is oversold.

What we do

Three ways we help your skin

From subtle injectable rejuvenation to skin health and advanced lifting treatments, all under one registered roof.

01

Injectable rejuvenation

Dermal fillers, collagen-stimulating treatments and wrinkle-relaxing injections, always assessed in a consultation before anything is agreed.

02

Skin health

Treatments to freshen, smooth and support your skin, tailored to your concerns and your skin type, so it looks its healthiest.

03

Advanced treatments

PDO thread lifting and other advanced procedures, delivered by an advanced-trained, Doll House Training Academy certified practitioner.

Why it matters

A clinic that is registered and inspected

Anyone can call themselves an aesthetic practitioner. Skin-Fresh is an independent clinic registered with Healthcare Improvement Scotland, the national regulator, and inspected on site to make sure care is safe.

  • Registered independent clinic with Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
  • Inspected on site, most recently in 2025, following an earlier inspection in 2022.
  • Non-surgical treatments only, for adults aged 18 and over.
  • Nurse-led and advanced-trained, with prescriber-led consultations.

How it works

Your visit, step by step

Get in touch

Message us on Instagram or Facebook, call the clinic or book online through our Faces page.

Consultation

We assess your skin and your goals in person and talk through what is realistic and what is right for you.

Your treatment

Only when you are comfortable and fully informed do we go ahead, in a calm, clean clinical setting.

Aftercare

Clear aftercare advice and a review, because good aesthetics is about the weeks after, not just the appointment.

The Skin-Fresh difference

Reasons patients choose a registered clinic

Honest advice

We would rather tell you a treatment is not right for you than sell it. Subtle, natural results are the whole point.

Proper training

Advanced-trained and academy-certified, so techniques like PDO threads are in experienced hands.

Safety first

Prescriber-led consultations, single client appointments and a regulated, inspected clinical environment.
